A Night in Morocco
Our annual Charity Ball, A Night in Morocco will be held Saturday, December 7, 2019 at the stunning Omni Scottsdale Montelucia Resort and Spa.
The annual sell-out event draws nearly 400 generous and fun-loving guests who will make a grand red-carpet entrance. Ladies will be adorned in colorful Moroccan themed fashion and men will stand out in Black (or Burgundy) tie for a night inspired by A Night in Morocco. Guests will dine on exquisite cuisine and enjoy heart-warming philanthropy throughout the evening as we honor the 2019 Leadership Impact Award Honoree, Benée Hilton-Spiegel.
Cortney’s Place?
Cortney’s Place, a family founded 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, is a meaningful and stimulating community-based day program serving adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. This event will raise funds for programs specifically designed to elevate the personal potential of every individual through Hydro, Music and Pet Therapy, Culinary/Nutritional Education and Exercise and Wellness programs. Please join us in ensuring a brighter future for all adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities in our community.
The much-anticipated evening will begin at 6pm with a Cocktail Reception, Silent Auction and Raffle. Guests will then be seated for dinner where live music will set the tone for the festivities.
Live Auctioneer Brett Higgins is back for a 2nd year with his rapid-fire high-energy live auction style guaranteed to energize the crowd and lift your spirits.
As if the evening could not get any better, dessert, dancing and live music will cap off the evening’s festivities.
